Dear Parents/Guardians,

The District is excited to announce we are working with Hudson Headwaters Health Network to bring preventative dental services and dental education on-site to our students for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year.

If you enroll your child(ren) in the program, they will be seen by a NYS licensed dental hygienist who will provide dental care and education to promote healthy teeth and gums. Services include screening, cleaning, fluoride, sealants, education and referral for additional treatent if necessary. Upon completion of care, each child(ren) will receive an oral health report form indicating the services provided. The links below contain additional information about this program and an enollment form to be completed and returned to the school. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: For those who choose NOT to have this service provided to their child(ren), we still need to have the form completed and returned. This ensures the district is able to provide the service to those who need it.
