The Hartford Central School District will hold its annual Budget Vote and Board of Education Election tomorrow on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

Voting will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Middle/High School.

This year, district residents will vote on several important matters, including the proposed budget of $14,166,000. Voters will also consider a proposition to purchase a diesel-powered 66-passenger bus with a total cost not to exceed $190,000. In addition, the election will include voting for a new member of the Board of Education, who will serve a five-year term from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031.
