The Middle/High School of the Hartford Central School District houses approximately 270 students within two buildings: the High School section of the main campus and the adjacent Technology building. We are proud to offer an academically rich curriculum that includes a variety of interesting electives (e.g. Forensics, Landscaping and Design, and Graphics), two Advanced Placement (A.P.) courses, and seven college courses offered through SUNY Adirondack. In addition, beginning their junior year, students have the opportunity to enroll in on-line courses offered at SUNY Adirondack in order to earn college and high school credit simultaneously. Students who take advantage of these opportunities can earn up to thirty college credits prior to their graduation.
In addition to academics, the Middle/High school is proud to offer a variety of extra-curricular activities and interscholastic athletic teams to supplement our students' educational experience. All of our clubs and organizations, both middle and high school, are very active within the school and community environment and are continually recruiting any interested student. If you are interested in participating in a club or wish to try-out for an athletic team, please stop in the Main Office at any time for additional information.
Please continue to visit this site and the "MS/HS Parent Documents" link which contains additional copies of letters mailed home, the District's Code of Conduct, the Curriculum Guide, and many other documents that you should find beneficial.
We welcome feedback and would encourage you to contact the Main Office at 632-5222 or email Mr. George at email@example.com with any questions, comments, or concerns. Working together we can help each student reach their full academic potential.
